Written in 1999, as former judge Ken Starr, appointed Special Prosecutor, sent his goons snooping around the country looking for anti-Clinton dirt

Scandal time, and the tabloids are sleazy

Ken Starr is jumping, the stakes are so high

Miss Tripp's a snitch; Monica, where Ken's looking

Starr will rush, like he's crazy, tryin' to pry.

 

Despite the warnings, they're stooping to mud slinging

Then they'll threaten things, if one's found to lie

So with that last warning, nothing's going to charm this judge
