PJ2LS/LH will be on the air during the International Lighthouse Weekend in August 2008 from “Light Punt Kanon”. This lighthouse is situated on the outer East point of the caribbean Island Curaçao, one off the Islands belonging to the Dutch Antilles.
The lighthouse is solar powered, an electricity grid is not available in the area, therefore it will be a fully “self supporting” activation by using generator power. Just like the good old field days.
