Quality also means suitable equipment for the individual missions. With more than 50 years of experience in military diving Dräger offers equipment for missions in ship support diving, special operations, combat swimming, very shallow water and mine clearance diving. The closed circuit oxygen diving apparatus LAR V is the most widely used re-breather in the world. With this experience a new family of diving apparatus's have been developed. All of our units are easy to use and light weight. Only simple pre-dive checks and low maintenance are required to ensure continued safe use.
Soda Lime
DiveSorb is used world wide in breathing systems for
absorbtion of CO2 in the exhaled air. The preparation of the unit for the next
dive has to be done easily and quickly and our hemispherical granulate allows
the soda lime cartridge to be filled with DiveSorb within seconds.
For maximum performance as in military operations the use of DiveSorb pro is
recommended. Two different sizes of packages from 4.5 to 18 kg are available in
canisters.
LAR VI
Closed circuit oxygen diving apparatus for use in special operations. LAR VI is designed in compliance with STANG 2897 class "A" for none Magnetic signatures. LAR VI is the successor of the LAR V most widely used within NATO and allied countries and has proven its simplicity and reliability. Depending on oxygen uptake the diving apparatus has an endurance of up to 4 hours even in cold water.

LAR VII
Closed and semi closed circuit diving apparatus for use in all facets of VSW diving. LAR VII is generally availabel in two different configurations:
LAR standard for selection of mode at surface. LAR VII combi can be switched into closed circuit or semi closed mode even under water. Shadow
Life preserver and buyouncy control jacket for front and
back mounted diving apparatus. Shadow can also be delivered with a comfort
harness that integrates the harness of the apparatus and the life preserver into
one.
This harness also contributes to more comfort due to better weight distribution
